Due to conflicts of scheduling, our World Book Day celebrations were postponed for 1 day to Friday 8th March. Thank you to Mrs. Gilvarry for organising the paired reading and quizes on the day and well done to all the children who took part by dressing up so creatively – and parents who toiled in the background! It was a great spectacle to behold from Midnight gangs, to Joan of Arc, to demi-Gods, to bees, giants, superheroes, Wonkas, O’Driscolls,… to name but a few…. and of course Peig Sayers.
